Community Canvas and Communication

The Early Academic Warning Working Group was formed to refine and improve procedures that support advisors and instructors in identifying and assisting students that are struggling academically in one or more courses. With new collaborations often comes the challenge of keeping everyone aligned, informed, and engaged.

To meet this need, I created two key tools:

• Community Canvas

• Community Communication

These resources are designed to centralize agendas, tasks, and updates in one location, as well as ensure we are aligned in our purpose, structure, resources, workflow, and membership. By doing so, they provide clarity, reduce confusion, and help each member of the group to contribute effectively.

Strong communication practices are essential to our success. These tools not only help streamline our work but also create a model for future collaboration.
