To improve the training and onboarding process for new advisors within the College of Natural Science, I developed a comprehensive training manual that includes checklists, resources, and policy information.

Library Card Services Guide

Parchment Community Library

Partnering with the Parchment Community Library, I created an interactive guide for obtaining and using a library card. Tools used to create this guide included Articulate Storyline 360, unDraw, and Figma.
