Who Am I: I am an instructional designer and academic specialist with an extensive background in higher education. I am devoted to improving the online experience and providing accessible learning programs for all learners.

What's My Background: I have worked in higher education and educational technology for the past 10 years. Working in competitive admissions, I helped to develop and implement customer relationship management systems. One of my proudest accomplishments was overhauling an outdated electronic admission application to create an effective and user-friendly online application process. Most recently I led a team tasked with improving an academic advisor training program, ultimately creating an engaging online training and orientation system for newly hired academic advisors.

What's My Education: I hold a Bachelor of Science in Family Community Services from Michigan State University (MSU), a Master's of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University, a Graduate Certificate in Educational Psychology from MSU, and Instructional Design Certificate from the Association of Talent Development (ATD).
